Mr. Charles R. Padgham received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas in May 1983. Charles R. Padgham graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in May 1980. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association and Arkansas Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and Garland County Bar Association, serving on the Social Security Disability Committee and Workers’ Compensation Committees. Charles R. Padgham has been practicing law in Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas for 22 years, primarily practicing in the areas of Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation Claims.
Mr. William K. Moritz received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Arkansas in 1998. He is a member of the Garland Bar Association, and is currently serving as Public Defender for 8 N Judicial District for 1 year. He specializes in Domestic Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Social Security, Disability and Bankruptcy
Ms. Rachel R. Adland received the Juris Doctorate Degree with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. She is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Henderson State University with a B.S.E. She was a member of Law Review, serving as Associate Survey/Comments Editor and as a contributing author for the 2003 Legislative Survey and 2003 Case Survey. She was also a member of the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers (Vice President), the Christian Legal Society, and the Student Bar Association. She served as Mentor for the Academic Success Program and as Investigator for the Honor council.
